We have a number of opportunities available in our factory in Willand, which has been continually processing for over 100 years. The rate for the Hygiene Team Leader role is £14.46. The hours of work for this position will be 4 days on, 4 days off, 05:00am - 17:00pm. There are other shift patterns and rates of pay, so please contact us for more information.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hygiene and sanitation activities, ensuring that all areas meet regulatory and internal cleanliness standards.
- Train team members on hygiene procedure, the proper use of cleaning products, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Ensure that the team has all necessary cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals to carry out their duties effectively.
- Investigate and resolve hygiene-related issues, ensuring that corrective actions are implemented and followed up.
