Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer line management and clinical supervision to allocated Occupational Therapists.
  • Participate in service and practice development, including chairing meetings and facilitating training sessions.
  • Prepare and quality assure high-standard reports.

Essential Requirements:

  • Registered Occupational Therapist with the HCPC.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with children and young people.
  • Experience supervising other Occupational Therapists.
  • Car driver with access to own vehicle.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Experience in educational or residential settings.
  • Supervisor qualification.
  • Specialised practice area.
