Key Responsibilities:

- Offer line management and clinical supervision to allocated Occupational Therapists.
- Participate in service and practice development, including chairing meetings and facilitating training sessions.
- Prepare and quality assure high-standard reports.
Essential Requirements:
- Registered Occupational Therapist with the HCPC.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with children and young people.
- Experience supervising other Occupational Therapists.
- Car driver with access to own vehicle.
Desirable Attributes:
- Experience in educational or residential settings.
- Supervisor qualification.
- Specialised practice area.
