2 Recruitment Ltd in London is seeking an experienced therapist for an NHS Band 6 equivalent role, 32 hours per week, across residential units in SE London. You will join the Therapy Team to support adults with acquired brain injury or a history of substance misuse, delivering specialist rehabilitation.
You will assess complex patients, develop and implement rehab programmes, and work with the IDT and Rehab Coaches to promote independence and person-centred care.
