Across its studios, 1X2 produces a variety of games; including slots, table games, virtual sports and non-traditional gaming experiences. Our team at 1X2 develops and distributes games to thousands of online casinos around the world- including a wide range of household brands such as William Hill and BetVictor, alongside the iGaming industry\’s largest content aggregators Entain, Games Global and Bet Construct. 1X2 HQ is based in Brighton UK, with further office locations in Shenfield, India and Malta; as well as remote employees around the world. We are seeking a proactive HR Manager to oversee the full employee life cycle – from recruitment and onboarding to performance, development, and offboarding. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor looking to take the next step their career, with the support and autonomy to shape HR processes and make a real impact. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle , including recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding. Partner with managers to deliver best-practice people solutions and provide guidance on employee relations, performance, and engagement. Lead and coordinate recruitment and selection activities — drafting job descriptions, advertising roles, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting hiring decisions. Drive HR process improvements , policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and a great employee experience. Support and advise on performance management , disciplinary processes, and grievance matters. Oversee HR administration including contracts, variations, and maintaining accurate employee records. Monitor and report on HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and engagement to inform strategy and decision-making. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies. Where time allows collaborate with leadership on learning and development , workforce planning , and employee engagement initiatives. About You Previous experience as an HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor seeking to step up into a management role. Strong understanding of HR practices , employment law , and the employee life cycle . Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Hands-on approach with the ability to balance the recruitment and HR needs of the department. Nice to Haves Experience working within the gaming industry or other fast-paced, tech-driven environments. Exposure to international HR practices , particularly in India and/or Malta . Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional employment legislation and cultural nuances across different markets. HR qualification (e.g. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
