1X2 Network, the multi-award winning iGaming supplier, is looking for a Head of Finance. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, this is an opportunity to join a highly creative, rapidly expanding B2B software company.

1X2 Network has pioneered iGaming development for over 2 decades and now encompasses a number of game development studio subsidiaries. We supply a broad array of over 750 games to Casino operators worldwide. Across its studios, 1X2 produces a variety of games; including slots, table games, virtual sports and non-traditional gaming experiences. Our team at 1X2 develops and distributes games to over 250 casinos around the world, including a wide range of household brands such as William Hill and BetVictor, alongside the iGaming industry's largest content aggregators Entain, Games Global and BetConstruct. 1X2 HQ is based in Brighton UK, with further office locations in Shenfield and Malta; as well as remote employees around the world.

Responsibilities
- Acting as a strategic finance partner to the executive leadership team, remaining actively involved in day-to-day financial operations while providing clear, timely, and actionable financial insight.
- Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.
- Assisting the Finance Business Partner with the formulation of strategic and long-term business plans searching on factors influencing business performance and liaising with the financial controller on this.
- Establishing and maintaining robust financial controls, governance frameworks, and risk management processes across the business.
- Preparing data on costs for management to review on cost reduction opportunities.
- Managing financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
- Liaising with auditors, taking overall responsibility for statutory reporting, audits, tax compliance, and regulatory obligations across relevant jurisdictions.
- Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organisations such as the Inland Revenue.
- Owning the month-end close process and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting to support executive and board-level review.
- Leading, developing, and scaling the finance function, including ownership of team structure, capability, and performance.
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Business, Finance, Mathematics) and/or 3+ years’ experience in a related financial role.
- Qualification in either ACCA, ACA or CIMA.
- Strong written, verbal and analytical skills.
- Advanced Mathematical abilities for compiling and analysing complex data.
