The position:
As Certification Manager you will be central in supporting our Game Delivery Manager to successfully deliver all our games on time. You will be working collaboratively with multiple internal teams and third party certification houses to plan out and manage the delivery of game certificates.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and own the certification pipeline from quote to certificates in hand
- Work closely with third parties to ensure timely delivery of games certificates
- Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on the status of game certification
- Supporting the internal Account Management team to deliver games across multiple international markets
- Follow and improve internal procedures to provide and store all the regulatory information required to support our game releases
- Using internal finance and workflow systems to support the timely delivery of our games
- Supporting the Game Delivery Manager in planning workloads and timelines for third party delivery
- Defect resolution, working closely with internal technical teams to resolve issues raised by the external certification houses
