We are seeking a proactive and organised HR Administrator to support the HR function, with a strong focus on end-to-end recruitment. Recruitment will be the primary responsibility of this role, managing hiring activity across the business and ensuring a smooth, professional candidate experience.

In addition to recruitment, the HR Administrator will support onboarding processes and HR documentation, helping to maintain accurate employee records and provide essential administrative support across the employee life cycle. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on recruitment experience who enjoys a fast-paced, detail-focused HR role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across the business, including drafting job descriptions, advertising roles, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers throughout the selection process.
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional recruitment experience.
  • Coordinate and support onboarding activities, including preparing contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Support HR administration across the employee life cycle, including starters, leavers, and contract changes.
  • Assist with general HR queries from employees and managers, escalating where appropriate.
  • Ensure recruitment and HR administration processes are compliant with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment and HR administrative processes where possible.
About You
  • Previous experience in an HR Administrator, Recruitment Administrator, or similar HR support role, with strong hands-on recruitment experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and excellent administrative skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues.
  • Comfortable working autonomously on recruitment activity while supporting the wider HR function as needed.
Nice to Haves
  • Experience working within the gaming industry or other fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
  • Exposure to supporting employees across multiple locations or international teams.
  • Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional employment legislation and cultural nuances across different markets.
  • HR qualification (e.g. CIPD Level 3 or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
