We are seeking a Game Producer to lead the end-to-end delivery of games, from early concept through to release and final sign-off. This is a mid-level role suited to someone with a solid understanding of how games are developed and shipped, and who is ready to take clear ownership of the production lifecycle.
You will be responsible for driving progress across multiple workstreams, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring each release meets agreed quality, gameplay, and product standards.
Working closely with Product, Art, Tech, QA, and Maths teams, you will act as the day-to-day delivery lead for your assigned titles. You will also contribute constructively to discussions, challenge decisions where appropriate, and support continuous improvement in how games are built and delivered. This is a hands-on role with real autonomy and accountability, ideal for someone who thrives on structure, problem-solving, and seeing complex projects through from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead allocated games through development, certification, and final sign-off
- Plan, track, and manage milestones, dependencies, and risks across multiple game builds
- Actively remove blockers and escalate issues when required
- Ensure games meet agreed quality, gameplay, regulatory and product standards before release
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of game concepts, mechanics and features
- Review and challenge designs to improve clarity, engagement and player value
- Research competitor games, themes and mechanics
- Identify trends or mechanics worth evolving into new or improved features
- Provide clear and reliable weekly progress and release reports to the Product team
- Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly to all stakeholders
- Maintain strong alignment between Product, Development, Art and Maths teams
- Confidently run meetings, reviews, and sign-off sessions for your games
- Review game builds with a player-first mindset
- Provide clear, constructive feedback on UI, UX and game flow
- Identify usability issues, clarity gaps and opportunities to improve player experience
- Work with Art and Product to drive continuous improvement across releases
Required Experience
- Experience working as a Game Producer or similar role in iGaming
- Strong understanding of the game development lifecycle from concept to release
- Passion for games
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and parallel projects
- Ability to spot risks early and take ownership of solving problems
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to challenge and improve ideas
- Comfortable working with creative, technical, and mathematical disciplines
