We are looking for a talented Animator to join our team at 1X2 Network, the multi-award-winning iGaming supplier. This is an opportunity to join a highly creative, rapidly expanding independent software company.

1X2 has pioneered Virtual Gaming products since 2002 and is at the forefront of game development with over 150 titles, including Virtual Sports, Table Games, Slots, Instant Win, and shortly Multiplayer games in the iGaming industry. Our two main brands include Iron Dog Studio and 1X2gaming, with a wealth of additional partners available on the Network.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- The artistic vision of game production set out by the Product team
- Using the artwork provided by the Lead Artist and employing 2D animation to bring artwork to life
- Liaising with front-end development team members and design teams
- Researching and developing technical tools for a project
- Setting up workflows of art production
- Assisting in asset performance and validation
- Porting finished art to the game engine
- Ensuring final art runs to full visual resolution
- Working within the limits of the game engine, curating file sizes
- Monitoring the performance of the game
- Resolving minor changes and technical issues regarding animation, resizing, and any other unforeseen changes to existing artwork and animation
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of art and animation pipelines
- Rendering and post-effects experience
- Understanding of rigging and animation
- Creative mindset and ability to overcome technical challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with differences between creative and technical teams
- Experience in the iGaming industry
- Proficiency in Javascript/Typescript and CSS
- Experience with animation and special effects software such as Adobe After Effects and Photoshop
- Familiarity with Maya, 3DSmax, Blender, or other related 3D modelling/animating tools
- Experience with ShoeBox or related font creation software
