1X2 Network, the industry acclaimed Slot Supplier of the Year (EGR awards 2021), is looking for an Account Executive. Reporting directly to the Head of Account Management, this is an opportunity to join a creative, fast-growing, independent software company and work directly with your own portfolio of clients.

About 1X2 Network: 1X2 has pioneered Virtual Gaming products since 2002 and are now at the forefront of game development with over 150 titles, including Virtual Sports, Table Games, Slots, Instant Win and shortly Multiplayer games in the iGaming industry. The company boasts a wide range of household name clients (over 250 to be precise) including Bet365, BetVictor and Entain (Ladbrokes, Coral, Bwin etc). Several brands construct the 1X2 Network, each business targeting specific market niches. Our two main brands include Iron Dog Studio and 1X2gaming, with a wealth of additional partners available on the Network.

1X2 Network Culture: 1X2 HQ is located in Brighton on the south coast of the UK, with an additional office in Shenfield in Essex, plus several remote employees across the globe. The Position: The role of the Account Executive is highly varied, mostly assisting with client relations, game operations and management of multiple projects overseen by a supportive team and the Head of Account Management. The account executive will manage a portfolio of clients, whilst also playing a crucial role in supporting the account management team as a whole, especially when members of the team are away on business. It will require the candidate to make it their own and would suit someone who is prepared to go above and beyond. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hard working and a team player. The role is part of an exciting and growing area of the business. Part time and flexible working is available for the right candidate along with opportunities to take on additional projects and responsibilities to grow the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with casino operators to influence the release of our slot games and the positioning of them on their website
  • Data analysis - reporting monthly clients’ performance, identifying new opportunities for growth and areas where performance has dipped
  • Account management and business development of smaller clients
  • Liaising with operators to ensure that our product is widely marketed and available to players
  • Promptly assist support team with issues affecting commercial partners
  • Creating clear notes on ongoing tasks and assisting senior members of the team manage projects
  • Support the other account managers when required on day to day business

Required Experience: Previous experience in account management is desirable, however the correct attitude and willingness to learn is most important for this role. The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a willingness to learn and grow professionally
  • Have an interest in the gaming industry (slots in particular), even if you have no direct experience working in it
  • Be highly organised and able to multitask, while prioritising workload effectively
  • Be proactive, motivated and able to work on own initiative
