1to1 Group are seeking an experienced Stores Manager for a manufacturing company in Winchester. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of logistics and warehouse management systems, and a proven track record in process optimisation.
The Role:
- Manage the safe and correct storage of materials
- Maintain the accuracy of stock records
- Help maintain optimum stock levels through the understanding of business and operation needs
- Manage the stores, goods inwards and despatch functions
- Ensure the training and development of all staff within the team
- Manage and support a team of 10
- Maintain warehouse resource in line with agreed headcount and operational needs, with effective work patterns in place
