1to1 Group are recruiting for an Assembler/ Machine Operative to join our clients team near Thame. The ideal client will be eager to learn and excited to train into a position in a busy team.
Role Details:
- £12.71 per hour.
- Monday to Friday (38 hours per week).
- Temporary to Permanent.

Role Responsibilities:
- Your role would involve working on an assembly line to make components using various machines and hand making products.
- You will use fiddly and intricate methods for assembly, full training will be provided.
- Assemble components and products according to specifications and engineering drawings.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a similar role is required.
