We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee the financial operations of our client's organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, ensuring the organisation's financial health and integrity. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and analysing financial statements, reports, and forecasts with accuracy and timeliness.
- Overseeing accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Maintaining and improving internal controls to safeguard organisational assets.
- Coordinating external audits and liaising with auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Supervising the finance team, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
