Responsibilities:
- Provide practical and emotional support to individuals experiencing homelessness, including advice on housing, employment, and welfare benefits.
- Help clients develop life skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and self-care, to promote independence.
- Provide crisis intervention and safeguarding.
- Support clients with budgeting, managing finances, and addressing debt or benefit issues.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development.
- Conduct regular case reviews with the clients to ensure they are invested and working on gaining their independence.
- Facilitate access to education, training, and employment opportunities for long-term stability.
Requirements:
