1to1 Group are recruiting for an Estates Assistant for one of our clients in Winchester.

This role involves assisting in the care, security and upkeep of buildings and the site, supporting day-to-day operations and maintenance to ensure buildings and grounds are safe, clean and running efficiently.

You will be subject to an Enhanced Child DBS.

Role responsibilities include general maintenance, plumbing, doors/windows and safeguarding duties, with some evenings and weekend work when required.
