Senior Corporate Administrator Up to £30,000 Southampton Full-time 1to1 Group are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Administrator to join our clients team and provide accurate, efficient and reliable administrative support across workplace and group pension schemes.
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong administrative skills and the ability to work confidently with sensitive and confidential information.
You will be comfortable working to deadlines, maintaining accurate records and ensuring all pension-related processes are completed in line with relevant requirements and procedures.
The
Role: Provide day-to-day administration for a portfolio of group and workplace pension schemes.
Process new scheme applications and assist with the implementation of new employer pension arrangement.
Explain the administrative operation of salary sacrifice arrangements without providing regulated financial, tax or legal advice.
Assist employers with ongoing administration of their workplace pension duties.
Respond to telephone and email enquiries in a helpful, professional and timely manner.
Record all material communications and actions on the appropriate internal system.
Work collaboratively with advisers, paraplanners, administrators and other departments.
Contribute to improvements in systems, procedures, and client service.
