1to1 Group are recruiting for a temporary Medical Secretary to join our client in Winchester. The successful candidate will assist in a private practice in a very busy but varied and interesting role. The successful applicant would be subject to a DBS check. Role Details: Winchester. Free Parking Monday to Friday 8am-4pm £15 per hour Temporary for approximately 2 weeks Role responsibilities: Keeping contact with consultant secretaries and patients. Organising rotas for cover in theatres and managing patient appointments and scheduling consultations with accuracy and efficiency Contacting and writing to patients with quotations for surgery and chasing accounts. Sending out invoices. Handling incoming calls, responding professionally to patient inquiries, and directing calls as necessary. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with data protection regulations. Account chasing. Role requirements: Previous experience as a Medical Secretary. Strong administrative skills with excellent organisational abilities . Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks undertaken.
