1to1 Group is recruiting a skilled and motivated Finance Assistant on behalf of a client located in Stockbridge. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business in a key finance role to provide essential support to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing credit control via phone and email.
- Opening new customer accounts.
- Performing company credit checks.
- Posting and allocating customer receipts.
- Completing monthly bank reconciliations.
- Uploading invoices to the customer portal.
- Producing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience of working in a busy finance department.
- AAT Level 3 with three years working experience.
- Knowledge of Sage 200 preferable.
- Knowledge and skills to use Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel.
- Good organisation.
- Good communication.
- Own transport due to lack of public transport to the premises.
