Service Desk Engineer

MSP – Central London

Up to £32,000

Are you a confident Service Desk Engineer with experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment? Do you thrive on delivering excellent customer service and want to be part of a company that truly supports your growth?

We’re working with a leading MSP based in Central London that’s looking for a proactive and ambitious Service Desk Engineer to join their support team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • MSP background essential – you're used to a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools like ConnectWise or similar RMM/PSA platforms
  • A can-do attitude with a passion for IT support and customer service
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

Key Requirements:

  • MSP – Experience 1 year
  • Microsoft 365 Suite
  • Windows 10/11, Active Directory
  • ConnectWise (or similar service desk tool)
  • Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs – basic level)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proactive and can do attitude
  • Real team player qualities
