We’re seeking an experienced IT Solutions Manager to lead a small technical team supporting customers using High-Performance Computing (HPC) systems, including Linux clusters and workstations. This role blends technical leadership, solution design, customer engagement, and pre-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor IT Support Engineers
- Act as senior escalation point for technical issues
- Design and deliver HPC and infrastructure solutions
- Oversee system builds, configuration, and handover
- Work with suppliers on procurement and upgrades
- Support sales through technical input and proposals
