We’re seeking a driven and consultative Business Development Manager to secure new business opportunities within the Hospitality sector.
Your role will centre on identifying client needs and delivering tailored solutions in Connectivity, IT, Networks, Software, Wi-Fi, and Telecoms. This is a new business-focused role, requiring proactive lead generation through networking, market research, and industry engagement.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop a targeted business development strategy
- Identify and win new business through cold calling, networking, trade shows, and industry insights
- Represent the business at events and within professional networks to uncover new opportunities
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, including sales activity, customer data, and communications
- Manage a small portfolio of newly onboarded clients before handing them over to the Account Management team
- Provide clear and thorough project handovers to internal teams
Demonstrated success in a similar business development or technology sales role is required, along with:
- Strong technical understanding of both on-premise and cloud-based networking solutions
- Confidence in handling multi-site tenders and large-scale project bids
- Valid UK driving licence (field-based role)
