We are looking for an experienced Senior 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a growing MSP, supporting a range of professional services clients. This is a great opportunity to work with modern Microsoft technologies in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Role Overview
- Resolve escalated 2nd line issues across desktop, cloud, networking, and infrastructure.
- Support Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Windows Server environments.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and manage incidents through to resolution.
- Collaborate with 3rd line teams on escalations and technical projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Strong 2nd line support experience within an MSP.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and Windows environments.
- Good networking knowledge, including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls.
- Experience with ITSM tools, remote support, and SLA-driven environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Experience supporting professional services clients is advantageous.
