Experience:
- 7+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor within major civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
- Experience managing high-value and complex commercial packages.
- Experience working for a main contractor, principal contractor, consultancy, or infrastructure organisation.
Qualifications Required:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
Desirable:
- Chartered status (RICS, ICES, or equivalent) or actively working towards professional accreditation.
Skills:
- Extensive NEC3 and/or NEC4 contract experience.
- Strong knowledge of contract administration, compensation events, and change management.
