1st Visa International is a London-based consultancy platform providing all-rounded business and immigration services for UK and international individuals. We are increasing our team and are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant with the specifications listed below:

Main responsibilities and requirements

  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and image processing
  • Inputting and/or formatting documents; collecting information; sending and receiving telecommunications
  • Conduct initial assessments, liaising with clients and provide support and assistance
  • Assist with document handling, entering and drafting including cover letters
  • Business administrative tasks, updating and maintaining administrative policies

Experience/qualifications

  • Good communication and organisation skills
  • Flexible and adaptable in completing varied tasks
  • Mandarin or Korean speaking/writing language skills preferred
