As a Level 3 ICT Apprentice, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity and functionality of incoming IT hardware, including servers, workstations, networking devices, and related peripherals. You will also manage hardware returns, provide technical support, and act as an escalation point for more complex technical issues.
