Senior BIM Coordinator/BIM Manager Permanent London 1st Step Solutions are working on behalf a Tier 1 M&E Contractor who have an opportunity for an experience Senior BIM Coordinator/Manager to join their team. You must have a background of working with an M&E Contractor, preferably with experience on commercial projects. Responsibilities: – Oversee and manage BIM processes for M&E projects. – Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely BIM deliverables. – Develop and maintain BIM models and documentation. – Ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements. – Provide technical support and training to project teams. – Conduct regular audits and quality checks on BIM models. – Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any BIM-related issues.
