1st Step Solutions are currently looking for a Stores/Logistics Manager to work on a high-security site in Newmarket, CB8. This role is running for roughly 9 months and you will be responsible for organising and handling deliveries, ensuring the storeroom is neat, tidy and well stocked. You will also have to be okay with mucking in with the labourers and assisting the trades when needed.
A CSCS card is needed for the project, however Traffic Marshall and First aid qualifications are also beneficial. To work on this project you must not have any criminal history. You will have to go through a clearance process but can start on site whilst your clearance is processing.
Here are a few basic details about the project:
- Location: Newmarket, CB8
- Rate: £20.00 per hour
- Days: Monday – Friday
- Hours: 07:30 – 17:30 (9 hours paid)
- Duration: 9 months
- Start Date: ASAP
This role is PAYE UMBRELLA ONLY – No CIS or limited company payments.
To secure a start on site the documents we need are:
- Photo of your CSCS (Front and back)
- Passport / Documents proving your right to work in the UK.
- 2 references from supervisors you have worked with in the last 2 years. We will need their name and mobile numbers.
