Salary: £29,000 - £35,000 + Monthly Bonus + Overtime + Holiday
Unique opportunity to join a business with fantastic retention due to their monthly profit-sharing scheme. On offer is a position with a great work-life balance in an enjoyable working environment and long-term stability. This company is a sub-contract aerospace precision engineering company and are expanding their manufacturing operations.
In this role you will work with a great team of people within the metalwork department. The roles are based on a 37-hour week with overtime paid at a premium above this. Monthly bonuses are paid between 5-25% due to the employee share scheme.
