Job Title: Air Conditioning Project Manager Location: Bristol Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits About the Company: We are working in partnership with a well-established and rapidly growing HVAC specialist delivering bespoke air conditioning and ventilation solutions across commercial, retail, and industrial sectors. With a strong pipeline of secured projects and continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager with a strong background in Air Conditioning systems to join their dynamic operations team. Role Overview: As an HVAC Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and delivery of air conditioning projects ranging from £20k to £1m+. Covering sites across Bristol and surrounding areas, you will manage multiple installations simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to budget, while maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial planning to final handover Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to align project objectives Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications Conduct site inspections and chair progress meetings Prepare and manage RAMS, ensuring all Health & Safety compliance is met Provide technical guidance to site engineers and operatives Track project milestones, control budgets, and monitor performance Regularly update senior management on project status, risks, and KPIs Requirements: Proven experience in HVAC project management, ideally with an air conditioning focus Strong technical knowledge of AC systems (VRF/VRV, split systems, chilled water, etc.) Demonstrable track record of managing projects valued between £20k-£1m+ Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools Full UK Driving Licence Familiar with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices Desirable Qualifications: F-Gas certification or strong working knowledge of F-Gas compliance SMSTS or SSSTS certification HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services IOSH or NEBOSH Health & Safety certification Package & Benefits: Competitive base salary: £60,000 - £75,000 (DOE) Car allowance Annual performance-based bonus Laptop, phone, and full business support 25 days holiday + bank holidays Clear pathway for career progression within a fast-growing companyHow do I apply?
