1st Step Solutions are looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer who would be interested in working for an M&E Contractor with live hotel projects across Central and East London.
Your responsibilities will include:
- A mix of planned & reactive maintenance
- FCU maintenance
- AHU maintenance
- General mechanical works
- Possible opportunity to be added to the call out rota (additional pay)
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with current regulations
Skills and Experience Required:
- CSCS Card desirable
- Plumbing / Heating / Building Services Engineering Level 2 or 3
- IPAF / PASMA desirable
- Must be willing to work on multiple projects
