After another successful year of Growth 1st Step Solutions are recruiting resources for our London office (Farringdon) You will have an opportunity to work in the M&E Sector We have been trading now for 11 years and specialise in procurement of staff within the Construction and Engineering Sectors. As a business we offer a great development path and a structured route to progress! As resource you will be responsible for: Resourcing candidates for suited job roles Contacting candidates regularly from our database and keeping the system up to date Administration and data input Hitting weekly call and candidate generation targets Selling candidates our latest opportunities Supporting the consultants and management staff as and when necessary Other additional duties If you are hungry for progression, energetic and able to communicate effectively over the telephone and enjoy the buzz of working in a fast paced environment?
