We are currently working on behalf of a key client to support a large-scale, long-term commercial project in Plymouth, offering immediate starts with work secured through to 2031 and beyond!
Project Overview
- Location: Plymouth, Devon
- Programme: Long-term works secured to 2031+
- Role Available: Immediate Starts M&E Pre-Construction Manager
- Salary: Up to £75k (Perm) | £450 - £500 per day (Freelance)
- Duration: 2031 onwards
- Initial Works: £20m (including £8m M&E bolt-on)
- Future M&E Works: £30m - £40m (Money is negotiable depending on experience and suitability. Perm roles also in addition have a car allowance on top.)
