1st Step Solutions Ltd (Mechanical & Electrical Recruitment Specialists) are recruiting for a Labourer/ Banksperson / Traffic Marshall in St Austell (PL25).

Location: St Austell, Cornwall (PL25)
Free Parking Available
Start Date: Monday 9th February 2026
Duration: Until September 2026
Hours: Monday - Friday 7.30am-5pm
Rate: £18- £20 p/hr
Duties: Role will cover Mech and Elec general labourer duties such as tidying work areas and handling waste bins, emptying them to the main skips every day. You will also be required to act as a banksman for our clients lifting duties such as moving materials and equipment from one floor to another.
Requirements: CSCS card
