As an SEO Graduate at Threepipe Reply, you will need to work well as part of the team, but also have the ability to work independently while effectively communicating and being open to guidance and advice from more experienced colleagues. You will maximise the performance of SEO campaigns by monitoring and optimising organic channels and assisting in reducing workload for other team members.
Responsibilities:
- Support the SEO team with tasks such as keyword research, on-page and content optimisation, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
- Assist in developing and executing content strategies that align with SEO goals.
- Produce and maintain regular performance reports to monitor SEO campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with senior team members to ensure seamless integration of SEO strategies across digital channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and SEO best practices, sharing insights with the team.
- Help reduce the workload of other team members by taking ownership of specific SEO tasks and processes.
About the candidate:
- A degree with a minimum of a 2:1 classification, ideally in a business or marketing vertical or part of an agency internship program.
- Previous work experience in SEO or digital marketing is preferred but not required.
- A good understanding of the latest trends & technology.
- Strong interest in SEO and the broader digital marketing landscape, with a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills, able to work collaboratively within a team and effectively report on progress.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess and optimise SEO performance.
