Look no further! 1st Select are looking for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor / Domestic Energy Assessor who would be able to carry out detailed inspections of houses and flats, both internally as well as externally. Our client is a leading Consultancy in the Surveying industry, that has won a large contract covering Barnsley and we are looking for 3 Stock Condition Surveyors/DEAs to partake in this program. Responsibilities/requirements will include… Stock Condition Surveying Experience Experience with lodging EPCs HHSRS Experience Benefits for the worker Gain more experience in the building surveying industry Flexible working hours *Payment outside of IR35* This will be a 6-month contract with the possibility of leading on to additional work.
