Look no further! 1st Select are looking for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor who would be able to carry out detailed inspections of houses and flats, both internally as well as externally. Our client is a leading Consultancy in the Surveying industry, that has won a contract covering N17 and we are looking for 5 Stock Condition Surveyors to partake in this program. Responsibilities/requirements will include… Stock Condition Surveying Experience HHSRS Experience Benefits for the worker Gain more experience in the building surveying industry Flexible working hours *Payment outside of IR35* This will be a 2-month contract with the possibility of leading on to additional work.
