Our Client are more than just consultants with checklists. We’re a team of Building Surveyors and Project Managers with more than 20 years expertise, experience and accreditations in Surveying, Building Safety and Domestic Retrofit. Job Purpose:

Following a period of sustained growth over the last 5 years, we require a Graduate Building Surveyor to add capacity to our leadership team in order to ensure our residential surveying projects, i.e. stock condition, EPCs, Damp & Mould, are delivered safely and to a high standard.

We want to hear from candidates with a broad range of experience – we value potential as well as experience. The successful candidate will have strong technical and leadership qualities, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that survey data is accurately and consistently recorded.
  • Conduct audits (desktop and on-site) to ensure the quality of all completed survey work, including that of external consultants.
  • Use survey data to monitor and report on compliance with relevant regulations, such as the Decent Homes Standard and the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS).
  • Drive customer communication to maximise customer engagement.
  • Keep detailed and organised records of all customer interactions, appointments, and complaints.
  • Respond to customer questions, concerns, and requests through various channels, such as phone or email.
  • Internal coordination and administration tasks.
  • Oversee customer liaison activity and provide data for KPI reporting.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Knowledge of residential building surveying, including diagnosing building defects, e.g. damp and mould.
