Look no further! 1st Select are looking for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor / Domestic Energy Assessor who would be able to carry out detailed inspections of houses and flats, both internally as well as externally. Our client is a leading Consultancy in the Surveying industry, that has won a large contract covering Yorkshire and we are looking for Stock Condition Surveyors/DEAs to partake in this program on a semi-permanent basis.
Responsibilities/requirements will include:
- Stock Condition Surveying Experience
- Experience with lodging EPCs
- HHSRS Experience
- 5 days a week availability
