Leeds - Project Manager A leading multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing Leeds team.

This is an opportunity to manage a varied portfolio of residential new-build and refurbishment projects, with genuine ownership from inception through to completion.

The Role

  • Managing residential projects throughout the full project lifecycle
  • Acting as Employer’s Agent on behalf of clients
  • Managing programmes, budgets, risks and project reporting
  • Coordinating consultants, contractors and wider project teams
  • Managing client relationships and project meetings
  • Overseeing procurement and contract administration About You
  • Proven Project Management experience within a property/construction consultancy
  • Previous experience acting as an Employer’s Agent – essential
  • Strong experience across residential projects
  • Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills
