You will undertake fabric condition surveys across a range of properties, inspecting building fabric and recording condition information on site, while supporting reports and planned maintenance programmes.
You will work alongside experienced surveyors, developing practical surveying skills and knowledge of building pathology, repair techniques and maintenance strategies.
