As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will support the surveying team across a wide range of property-related projects, including inspections, design, refurbishment, compliance, and professional advisory work. You will gain hands-on experience while working towards chartership (MRICS), developing both technical and client-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with carrying out building surveys, inspections, and defect analysis.
*
Support preparation of condition surveys, schedules of dilapidations, and schedules of condition.
*
Contribute to design and specification work for refurbishment, repair, and maintenance projects.
*
Assist in preparing and managing tender documentation, including contract administration.
*
Undertake measured surveys and produce CAD drawings where required.
*
Provide support in preparing feasibility studies and budget estimates.
*
Carry out health & safety assessments and ensure compliance with CDM Regulations.
*
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
*
Maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to report writing.
*
Work towards RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).
Requirements
Qualifications & Education:

RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying (or working towards completion).

Interest in pursuing MRICS qualification.
