Professional Quantity Surveyor Hybrid. I am working exclusively with a leading cost consultancy that operates across all sectors. Due to their continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. Your main duties will be:
- Measure and prepare valuations
- Preparing and agreeing interim valuations and final accounts
- Recording, monitoring, and reviewing the financial performance of contracts
- Managing financial accounts and reporting to senior management on the project performance
