1st Select are working in partnership with an ECO consultancy and we are looking for an experienced Retrofit Assessor to carry out Retrofit Assessments on the ECO4 scheme in and around Bristol.
The role includes:
- Undertaking an Energy report (EPR with data inputs)
- Condition report
- Occupancy assessment
- Assessment photos (including a photo of the floorplan)
- RdSAP XML completed on a handheld device
- Liaising with customers to schedule appointments
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor with experience conducting energy assessments in domestic properties
- Certified Retrofit Assessor with experience conducting whole house assessments
- Elmhurst accreditation
