The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

1st select are working in partnership with a leading consultancy and we are looking for an experienced Retrofit Assessor to carry out Retrofit Assessments on social housing properties in and around Bristol.

The role:

  • Undertaking an Energy report (EPR with data inputs)
  • Condition report
  • Occupancy assessment
  • Assessment photos (including a photo of the floorplan)
  • RdSAP XML completed on a handheld device
  • Liaising with the customers to schedule appointments

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor and experience conducting energy assessments in domestic properties
  • Certified Retrofit Assessor with experience conducting whole house assessments
