Project Building Surveyor with CAD Skills – 1st Select Ltd is partnering with a national consultancy based in Leeds City Centre. We are looking to recruit a Project Building Surveyor with CAD skills to manage minor works projects from inception through to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from inception through to completion, focusing on non-housing stock.
  • Provide technical and advisory support to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Prepare specifications, drawings, and conduct risk assessments for improvement, refurbishment, and new construction projects.
  • Prepare tender documents, manage contracts, and oversee project management, ensuring compliance and quality control.
  • Conduct site surveys, including condition surveys, schedules of condition, dilapidations, measured surveys, and planned maintenance assessments.
  • Carry out defect analysis and prepare technical reports.
  • Participate in conservation projects, including investigations into materials, repair processes, quality control, and innovative repair methods.
