What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage projects, focusing on non-housing stock, from start to finish.
- Provide technical advice and support to clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Prepare specifications, drawings, and risk assessments for improvement, refurbishment, and new build projects.
- Oversee tendering, contract management, and project delivery, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Conduct site surveys, including condition assessments, dilapidations, measured surveys, and defect analysis.
- Work on conservation projects, exploring materials, repair methods, and quality control.
