This is a professional services building surveying role. Working for one of the UK's better-known multi-disciplinary consultancies.

You will be doing:

  • TDD
  • Dilapidations
  • Defect diagnosis
  • Schedules of condition
  • PPM - basically the full professional services toolkit

You will actually get out of the office, writing reports, delivering TDD and pre-acquisition surveys, and getting involved in sustainability and energy performance matters where relevant.
