This is a rare chance to launch and grow an additional Building Surveying team within an established Liverpool office, backed by a well-resourced, multi-disciplinary consultancy that already has a strong platform in place.

If you’re the type who enjoys winning work, leading people, and still staying hands-on, this one will fit.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the senior lead for this growth piece — owning it commercially and technically:

• Developing key clients and winning new work
• Building and executing a business plan (and actually delivering it)
• Recruiting and growing a team beneath you
• Mentoring / managing surveyors and shaping the culture
• Staying hands-on with delivery — this isn’t a “pure strategy” role
• Technical reviews to maintain quality and consistency

Varied, real-world building surveying across:

Public estates, housing, education, retail, healthcare, commercial, defence and insurance.
