You'll be doing:
- TDD
- Dilapidations
- Defect diagnosis
- Schedules of condition
- PPM - basically the full professional services toolkit
You will actually get out of the office, writing reports, delivering TDD and pre-acquisition surveys, and getting involved in sustainability and energy performance matters where relevant.
