Someone with residential surveying experience who’s comfortable with the tech (tablets, data capture tools), and who doesn’t mind clocking up the miles across the South. RICS or CIOB helps, but it’s not the be-all. Compliance add-ons (DEA, FPA, NEBOSH, P402/405) are useful—if you haven’t got them, they’ll train you.
